apache The custom ErrorLog path is invalid?

My environment is: Apache + Redmine combination used on Centos8.
When /etc/httpd/conf.d/redmine.conf defines the Errorlog path, it looks something like Errorlog logs/redmine_error_log.But it doesn't work, it generates an empty file, and the errorlog is still written in the error_log file generated by the default path in httpd.conf.Why is that?
It's not a permission issue, because I also defined CustomLog, which effectively generates logs.CustomLog and errorLog are in the same directory.
