Target Version unsorted after upgrade from 3.4.4 to 4.0.6

Added by Darko Palic 9 months ago

dear community,

I am having a bigger issue after upgrading my redmine (ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 with redmine 4.0.6)

Top Level Issue Search
Before the upgrade my target version list was very short on top level issue search
https://redmineexample.com/redmine/issues
Afaik I have only seen here the issues, which have been shared across all projects

on the project level issue search
https://redmineexample.com/redmine/projects/myproject/issues
I have only seen the target versions, which have been visible here

The later is (project level) is still working fine.

But the top level issue search now I see all target versions fully unsorted (or a sorting which I cannot identify).
here a screenshot of the top level target version select box

My questions
How can I define the visible set of target versions?
How can I define a sorting on the target versions? (e.g. I want to have a sorting on project name and afterwards on the target version name). Right now it is showing me a fully random target version list here?!?
