Cannot recieve email notifications from redmine.org anymore

Hi all,

the last email notification I received from redmine.org came in in August 2022. I double checked all settings but everything is configured as it should.

My email domain was my company domain. It was working on redmine.org for several years.

Last week I replaced the address with one of a big German telecommunication provider. But I still get no emails.

Is there anybody from the Redmine core team with connections to the server administrator of redmine.org? It might be that something has changed on server side.

Usually I am happy to support the Redmine Community. But without being informed about the current problems it is impossible for me to help.

If there is anybody else having problems like me, please make a note. It might help to solve the problem.

Hi Liane,

it looks like changing the email provider hasn't solved the problem. I'll try to investigate this in the next couple of days.
Unfortunately I don't know any active team member with server access other than JPL. We may have to contact him to solve the problem.

I am still wondering whether I am the only community member facing this problem ... Very strange somehow!

Would be really great when you could investigate the issue.

FYI, I've received a notification of your post via email (Gmail) a couple of minutes after you've sent it. :-)
