redmine migration with redmine

How can I transfer fields from Oracle to MySQL?
In my work environment, I own two systems, the Oracle 12C system and the redmine system, and this requires users to enter information twice. I want to find a suitable solution to transfer information from the Oracle system to the Redmine system, and to take some fields and transfer them to the Redmine system through the similarity of the issue_id field

I was just documenting a bit more de procedure, basically you can import data from a CSV with these instructions: https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_import_issues

If you want to modify data on redmine from outside you have to use Redmine API tools or write a rails console script. If your're not a developer you have to ask for some help and pay for it.
