Rights to change the status in tasks

Подскажите пожалуста, можно ли настроить права на изменения статуса в задачи только. Например роль, где права на создание задачи, просмотр задачи, изменения статуса задачи. Это к тому, если задача например закрыта, ее можно было переоткрыть.

You can configure the permissions to change an issue from one status to another as well as the ability to change any fields in Administration -> Workflows. There you have two tabs to configure the allowed status transitions as well as the field permissions.
