New to supporting Redmine

I'm new to supporting Redmine(Bitnami) and I'd like to update our existing Redmine/Bitnami server. Suggestions, Cautions, Comments? How difficult is it to migrate data from one VM to another?

Hi Anthony,

I haven't serviced a Bitnami installation for a long time, but I think migrating to another server shouln't be a problem.
