Migrating from TRAC fails on Wikis with apostrophe in name

I'm trying to migrate a TRAC wiki across to redmine and am hitting a problem with a wiki which contains an apostrophe in the name. I've seen some similiar issues being resolved with Redmine but namely to do with viewing wiki's which were fixed in older versions.

I don't know if I need to raise an issue for this or if there is a fix available.

Rake version 0.8.3
Rails version 2.1.2
Ruby version 1.8.6
Gems version 1.3.1

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated. Removing the apostrophe from the TRAC wiki as a workaround is not really a good enough fix for this issue.

When you run the conversion, does the import abort with an error message? If so, can you open a new bug report and attach that error message?
