How many users supports RedMine connect at the same time (performance testing)?

I would like know if RedMine can handle large quantities of users. (1.000?)

I can't see a reason why Redmine shouldn't be able to handle thousands of users. I think a better question to ask is: can your server(s) (hardware, bandwidth, etc) handle this large quantity of users? If the answer to this is yes then I would answer yes to your question too :)
