Hello, is there any manual how to install Redmine on shared hosting?

Hello, is there any manual how to install Redmine on shared hosting?
It is supports Ruby on Rails.
I have just passed all the steps from this manual http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/RedmineInstall
But after trying to get in my browser http://mydomain.com/redmine/ see only list of folders available in this directory.

Here is the results from my experience getting Typo installed on my shared host:

Once the basics were taken care of, it was easy to also add in Redmine support. It will require coordination with your ISP.
