Issue predecessors

Is it possible to set up issues so that adjusting the duration of one issue makes the necessary adjustment to any following issues? i.e. Extending the due date of Issue#1, for example, would then effectively move the start date of Issue#2 back.

I've looked around but can't seem to find how to this, the closest thing I can see is the StuffToDo plugin which allows ordering of issues but doesn't indicate whether it has this 'predecessor' feature.

The feature exists in current Redmine versions in the form of the precedes/follows issue relations which also handles start and due dates.
