I have added new plugin which adds various watchers operations to context menu for bulk watchers assignment/removal

Plugin updated to version 0.0.3 and compatible with the Redmine 1.3.x

Please do remove plugin folder completely before installing new version!

You should make a package which installs without having to install version 0.0.2 first. Currently installing v0.0.3 will FAIL if you don't have v0.0.2 installed.

Actually v 0.0.3 doesn't work and when you run rake db:migrate_plugins you get no such file to load -- context_menus_helper

Doesn't work for me either (1.3.3).
Get the same error message as Nick and the same error as with installing the board watchers plugin...

Please note that this plugin is depreciated, its functionality is available in Boards/Wiki/Issues watchers plugin
