Convert HTML to Textile wiki

hey,
I found this library, [[http://undress.rubyforge.org/|Undress]], which can convert HTML to Textile Wiki.
I beleive I am the really last one that found this.
I am wondering if anyone may make this as a plugin for converting html to wiki.
I have none of ROR. However any hints to make this real will be appriciated
