Redmine

Hi,

I'm currently trying to setup a redmine server for our company.

Currently we're using mantis as an issue tracking system, but want to switch.

We are using Mantis 1.2.19 and I tried the mantis_to_redmine import but it fails.

I digged into the stack trace and started fixing the problems so an import might work wir the newest redmine release 3.3.0.

Is it possible to give you a pull request or something similar or just the raw file from the change?
