Description
#{RAILS_ROOT}/vendor/plugins directory was moved to #{RAILS_ROOT}/plugins (wiki should be updated after release, BTW)
But the path to plugins Gemfile was not changed: ../vendor/plugins/*/Gemfile
Fix should be obvious.
