Proxy error on Windows 7 starting Redmine with Apache

When I tried to start Redmine via the website displayed I got a proxy error message(with Apache):
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /redmine/.
I have installed redmine with this site
[[http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_Install_Redmine_in_a_sub-URI_on_Windows_with_Apache]]
and the version of gems:
ruby 1.8.7
rails 3.2.8
redmine 2.1.2
win32-service 0.7.2
mongrel_service 0.4.0
the redmine works fine with webrick but I want it to work with Apache!
Do you have any idea of this problem?
