Description

It would be great to have the abbility to save some ticket note or a new ticket as a draft.

Sometime it's not possible to create the whole ticket response in a few minutes. In some cases the developer create a complex answer and need some time to get all needed information. If the browser crashes, all informations are lost and the developer needs to recreate this answer. If he could save (or automatically save) a draft of his answer, it would be no problem.
