Missing hover effect when dragging (uploading) file into redmine

Description
I remember that redmine once had a hover effect when dragging for upload a file into an issue that I'm editing. But in redmine 2.3 this hover effect is missing. I tested it firefox and opera. This effect is quite imporant for usability.
There is strange thing: I get this hover effect, when dragging a file directly from thunderbird into redmine.

Redmine has started supported DnDing files over form for upload starting from version 2.3.0.
Are you sure you weren't using a plugin instead?

The effect implemented with 2.3.0 and default theme is simply a form background color change (turns to Lavender).

There was obviously a problem with my computer. This hover effect is working today. Sorry. You can close this issue.
