Description

Create 3 tasks: A, B, C.
A
- B
- C
(B and C are subtasks to A).

When creating a relation like "B linked to C" or "B blocks C" (if A is usecase, B is a bug and C is a test scenario), the cyclic relation error is shown.

This is not a cyclic reference till we separate related and parent tasks
