Description
The repository registration system requires the user to enter the URL of a repository that has not yet been created, when used in automatic repository creation mode, it would be better to have a system wide default URL base that would be used with the project name to create the repository URL, and display it as a default.
It could be displayed as a suggested URL, with the user being able to override with a specific URL.
