Description
I have a redmine instance where 4 filters were created.
The first 3 filters were created by me, are public and I can use them just fine and everything is okay.
The 4th filter can be edited by me (by manipulating the url) but not used by me (by manipulating the url).
I have admin privileges, which probably is a reason, but I still think if I can edit it I should be able to use it.
I'm not sure of my redmine version atm but it should be one of the 1.x ones
