Description
I would suggest to translate "to assign" by "affecter à" in Redmine, rather than by "assigner à", which is more related to a legal context.
You will find attached a patch with all occurrences replaced properly based on the fr.yml version of Redmine 2.4.3.Note that I also fixed in that patch:
- 2 accent mistakes (qui précédent -> qui précèdent, and role -> rôle) in recent strings
- a missing plural for bytes (octet -> octets)
- a case issue on KB : ko-> Ko (as other values are Mo, Go and To)

I'd like to disagree, there's a definition for assigner in legal context but that's not the only one. I think it's fine as it is.

Fixed in r12888, thanks for pointing this out.
