Redmine

After installing `redmine` (git tag 3.0.1) following the [installation instructions in the wiki](http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineInstall) changes to the "Host name and path" setting of the instance started with `bundle exec ruby bin/rails server webrick -e production` don't have any effect, so that there's no way to make the instance available from a remote machine. It is unclear whether usage of "Passenger (aka mod_rails), FCGI or a Rack server" is necessary for that or just an option to accelerate the setup.
