Assign Issues to different Users
I'm aware that we can create roles and allow issues only to be assigned for those users when we enable the option "*Issues can be assigned to this role*" under Roles/Permissions and we have here the following roles:
The User role has this option disabled, therefore we can only assign an Issue back to it's original poster. It would be nice if in certain roles (like our "Developer") we could assign an issue to whoever exists on the database, but for the "User" role, only be available to assign to the group "Developer".
If I enable this option to the "User" role, any user is available on the list.

Completing the info:
Sometimes the original poster left the company without closing the issue, then we need to assign it to someone else to check if there's still anything to do with that before closing. Developers team is not allowed to close issues on our own.
