Conflicting translation between "track" and "watch" in Simplified Chinese

Description

In the zh.yml, the translation of "track" and "watch" is same!
This make a lot of confusion for users.
My patch give a better translation "关注" for "watch".
The new one is closer to the internet habits, such as Weibo APP.
This conflict doesn't exist in zh-TW.yml.

My environment:
  1. mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.56-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1
  2. ruby 2.4.5p335
  3. Rails 4.2.8
  4. redmine master branch
  5. git version 1.8.3.1
  6. no plugins
