show assigned_to instead of author in the issues list

Hello Jean-Philippe,
I think it would be more helpful to show who has an issue assigned, instead of who created the issue. The change is
simple - should I send a patch?
muro(I think there is only one line in the project controller and a few lines in project/list_issues.rhtml)

You're right, there's not many things to change.
Idealy, i should allow to easily customize the columns that are
displayed. Maybe after the 0.5 that should be released in a few
days.
(Just a quick pool) Are there any other people interested in
having the "Assigned to" column in the issue list ?

Yes! I have already made the change (although I added the assigned
to rather than replaced the author) in my local copy although
I agree that the author field isn't really a priority field in
our eyes.

Done. I also added the "Assigned to" column in the
csv export.

Great, thanks! I'm replacing my change with yours - one less
thing to merge when updating :-).
