Description

Please add "Theme Support" for Redmine.

An example of how is this done can be seen at project Trac where they use a plug-in:
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/theme

Few notes:
- It's not required that themes can be changed live
- It's not required that a GUI is available to change the theme
- It's not required that each project in an installation to use a different theme.
- Most important is that an installation can have a different theme than the default one.
- It is expected that users will create their own themes (but only later after they have enough examples). For this
to happen it would be important to have documented the CSS selector names and that they don't change, or at least change
in a consequent way.

Please also distinct "theme support" from "branding support" concept. The later is specific to many
new web hosted applications like Fluxiom or Basecamp and it is not what this ticket is about, since the so called
"branding" allows to change only a few parameters and colors, and this is not enough for cases where a company
would like to integrate redmine "totally" into their site.

Thank you,

Demetrios.

I would like this feature as well, or at least the ability to
add a Header and Footer to the current UI, which can allow someone
to place Redmine in a table or Iframe.
