Some projects are similar or connected, thus the ability to refer to other projects wiki pages will help to give the
reader more information

Feature committed in rev 643.

Wiki links can now refer other project wikis, using this syntax:
[[project:]] -> wiki starting page
[[project:page]]
[[project:page|text]]
where 'project' is the project name or identifier
