Description
We are current using a very old version of Redmine : Redmine 1.3.0.stable (MySQL)
We would like to upgrade to a newer version.
Is it possible? And can you share documentation and process to perform the upgrade.

You should be able to upgrade directly without any intermediate steps. However, as you also need to update Ruby, and all plugins, and likely the whole system by quite some major versions, this is a rather large update. Thus, make sure to have full working backups before starting so that you can go back to a working state if things go wrong.
Also, make sure that there are updates available for all plugins you may currently use (and plan to continue using).
