Description

Hi

Scenario:
  1. add new custom field of type "boolean"
  2. select default value "False"
  3. select display mode "drop down"

When you creating a new issue, newly created custom field correctly is False.
But when you editing issues that was created before adding custom field, the custom field shown as True.
