Add "Assign to creator" option in the dropdown to issue edit form.

Description
Since we have "<<me>>" option in issue edit form for user to assign to himself quickly,
would it be possible to add one more option "<<creator>>"?
I think it will be very convenient to return issue back to the creator of each issue.
