Description
I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but it would be cool if the Files had the ability to upload to another server.
The user could specify the ftp information, and then the files get uploaded to that location, rather than locally.

This should go in a plugin, as is already the case for upload to S3 (I think). The other solution is to have some "ftp-fs" mounted folder instead of the redmine_dir/files folder.
