Issues with progress bar custom value "Progress" are exported as below.

#,Tracker,Status,Priority,Subject,Assignee,% Done,Progress
77,バグ,新規,通常,Issue1,Redmine Admin,10,20%

When I try to import this CSV file, validation error occured.

1 out of 1 items could not be imported:
Position     Message
1     Progress is not a number

I think progress bar custom value should be exported as integer like done ratio.
