Description
The attached patch improves the design of the issue edit form.
It modifies the fieldset borders that separate sections within the form: the right, bottom, and left borders are removed, leaving only the top border.
The top border alone is sufficient to visually separate each section. By removing the other borders, unnecessary visual noise is reduced, making the form cleaner and easier to read.
