Currently, the notes written in the issue are displayed in either chronological or reverse chronological order, depending on the user’s settings.

However, I believe it would be very useful if some notes (or "comments") could be viewed separately.

For example, take an issue related to "Server Maintenance," where a user provides updates every two weeks about their activities. For sales or budgeting purposes, it would be convenient to focus exclusively on notes regarding changes in server prices.

In this scenario, the user could mark any budget-related notes as important. Other users could then click on "Important Notes" (or "Pinned") to view them, filtered by the same date settings the user has configured.

I believe this feature would be very beneficial for companies using Redmine, especially those with a large number of users, as it would save time by eliminating the need to scroll through notes to find relevant information.
