Improve usability and visual appearance by increasing page-side spacing
Description
Page-side padding is currently a bit narrow (16px), which can make controls near the left and right edges harder to use when a scrollbar appears.
The attached patch increases desktop horizontal spacing to improve edge usability and make the layout look cleaner.
Changes:- Increase desktop horizontal padding from 16px to 20px for #header and #content
- Keep mobile (
max-width: 899px) content padding at 16px - Adjust
#top-menuand#main-menuto match the new spacing
