Redmine

The unofficial GitHub mirror (https://github.com/redmine/redmine) of the Redmine Subversion repository is not intended for pull request–based development, as Redmine development is handled on www.redmine.org.

In the past, some users opened pull requests against the mirror repository. To address this, the source:tags/6.1.2/.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md file was added to explain that pull requests should not be used there.

GitHub now provides a setting to disable pull requests entirely, and this setting has already been enabled for the mirror repository. Since pull requests can no longer be opened, the template is no longer necessary and can be removed.
