issue PDF generation raising 504 Gateway Timeout

Description

We are seeing conditions where the PDF generation of certain issues raise an 504 Gateway Timeout.

This can be alleviated by increasing proxy_read_timeout or proxy_connect_timeout, but the core effect is a uncommon high rendering time, even with some lightweight tickets.

We have this examples with just about 64 KB text only content that show this effect: pdf-20260729.atom

our version, corrected: 6.1.2.stable instead of 6.1.3
