Description

Support for Ruby 3.2 ended on 1 Apr 2026:
https://www.ruby-lang.org/ja/downloads/branches/

This patch drops support for Ruby 3.2.

Additionally, css_parser 3.0.0, which resolves the bundle-audit warning in GitHub Actions, requires Ruby 3.3 or later:

I have confirmed that linting and all tests pass.

As pointed out, support for Ruby 3.2 ended in April 2026. Considering Redmine's recent release cycle, Redmine 7.1.0 will probably be released in spring 2027 or later. By then, support for Ruby 3.3 is also expected to have ended.

So I think it makes sense to drop support for Ruby 3.2 now for Redmine 7.1.0.
