Description

Unauthorized User Can Access Dashboard

Unauthorized users can still access the Dashboard page even though the API returns a 401 Unauthorized response with the message "You are not logged in. Please log in to gain access."

Expected: Unauthorized users should be redirected to the Login page and must not access the Dashboard.

Note: This issue is occurring in production and requires a hotfix.

Redmine does not have a page with the URL `/dashboard/`. That screenshot appears to be from an application other than Redmine.
