Failed to register quote_reply_controller
Description
My name is Soren Stoutner. I am the maintainer of the Debian Redmine package.

I have recently prepared the 6.1.3 package, but in testing I receive the following error in the browser's developer console:
Failed to register controller: quote-reply (controllers/quote_reply_controller) TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier "@rails/request.js". Relative references must start with either "/", "./", or "../".

This error appears to be triggered by this import line in quote_reply_controller, but it is unclear to me why the system cannot resolve @rails:

This possibly could be a bug relating to the packaging instead of the upstream code. If it is a packaging bug, can you point me in the right direction?

I could not reproduce this issue on my local Redmine installation.
The @rails/request.js pin is provided by the requestjs-rails gem, so this might be an issue with the Debian ruby-requestjs-rails package. Checking whether the installed ruby-requestjs-rails package includes config/importmap.rb and app/assets/javascripts/requestjs.js might help you find the cause.
