Redmine

A 500 error occurs when performing a GET request to https://www.redmine.org/plugins/check_updates if the Referer exceeds 256 bytes.
Since Firefox uses the same URL for both the GET request and the Referer, this results in a 500 error.

https://www.redmine.org/plugins/check_updates へのgetを行う際、Refererが256バイトを超えると500 errorになる。
FirefoxではGETとRefererで同じURLを使用するので、500 errorになっている。
