Hi!
What do you think to provide file dialog when admin needs to configure "Root directory" for SCM repo?

Hi,
Root directory is not a simple filesystem directory, you have
to specify a protocol too. And it can be on a different host
than Redmine.
Also, being able to "browse" the server's filesystem
is not a good idea IHMO.
