Description
We would like to see better support for paging in table views. It can be very useful to ba able to select from for example
25/50/100/500/all lines per page.

Added in r1026.
You will see a new setting named 'Objects per page options'.
Default is 25, 50, 100. You can add other values but 'all lines'
is not possible.
