Description
We have really lot of projects, but we don't use project description and we don't want to display this info in main
project list. I almost everytime copy name of project to project description, which is redundant activity. Also ability
to turn on/off displaying project description on project list page can be handy.

Done in r1088. Project description is no longer required.
