Internal Error Thrown, no logging information provided, but everything 'works'.

Description

We are having an issue (with .93) that includes the following:
  • IE 7 on Windows XP (with integrated auth enabled or not, this is the only thing that has changed in the last few days we know of).
  • Cache has been cleared
  • machine restarted

When the user does any sort of insert/update, they get the (Redmine Error 500) Internal Error, please report to redMine administrator. If the user clicks to go back, it says that the update/insert was ok (and it was).

This page does not show any stack trace.

I then went into the environment.rb, and enabled debug logging. At the time this error is thrown, nothing is added to the log stating the problem.

Finally, when the user tries this in Google Chrome, it works correctly. So it appears to be an IE related issue.

Our biggest problem right now is how to track down what is going wrong with out any logs, and the bug report would be to log these general exceptions.
