I second. Russian translation fully mixed with englush words
looks bizzare.

The toolbar can now be localized (r1074).
Only english and french translations are actually done.
You'll find the lang files in public/javascripts/jstoolbar/lang.
Please post your russian translation so that I can add it to
the repository.
