Looks interesting, thanks. But I found some problems with camel case links:
For example:
[wiki:TracSyntaxColoring syntax highlighting]- before the patch: <a href="/wiki/demo/TracSyntaxColoring" class="wiki-page">TracSyntaxColoring</a>
- after the patch (link is broken): <a href="[TracSyntaxColoring|syntax">highlighting</a>]
And:

But the patch was good enough for us to migrate all our trac pages almost automatically.
