Description

If a subproject is set to show the parent's project repository but a user is only allowed to access the subproject but not the parent project, they are not allowed to access the repository.

Accessing the repository via the web interface works fine, even commit access works (using the SCM Extensions Plugin).
Using TortoiseSVN results in a 403 error, even for read operations.

Sorry, no plugin issue here. Contact the plugin developer.

But this is not a plugin issue. I just mentioned the Plugin as the webinterface seems to have different permissions than direct SVN access.

Plugin was mentioned only for demonstration (how else to test commit permission on the web interface).

I think it is more related to redmine.pm (which is not designed to support sub-project in a subdirectory...)
