Make Columns Sortable

Description
Is there a way to make the columns sortable. For Example In our project we are using the Fixed Version and need to sort the issue table by this column. I tried to look at the code and query.rb the column is not defined as sortable. Is there a way to make this sortable.

- Resolution set to Fixed
'Target version' (aka fixed version) is sortable as of r1264.
