I firmly believe that the current "If you just want to test Redmine, you can go to the online demo" new issue page banner is overlooked by lots of people.
I'm subscribed to the new issue atom feed and getting about 5-10 bogus issues a day.
Can we please state it more clearly that test issue submissions are frowned upon?
Can we possibly check description length and suggest using test site if description is, say shorter than 50 symbols?
